It will take

Squirrel

I am a squirrel,
Gray as a cloudy day,
With a big furry tail
Scurrying, scampering
Up a tall oak tree
Searching for acorns,
Digging in the dirt,
Flying
From branch to branch
Like an acrobat.
I am a squirrel.

Scissors

With cold silver jaws
I snip,
I clip
colorful gold wrappimg
For a birthday gift,
coupons,
Hair and string.
I am good at cutting . . .
ANYTHING!
